Re: Wii Fit - I finally got one! | | I have had my wii + fit since Christmas and it is addictive. I tend to use the free step and do 30 minutes while watching TV - my goal is to stay over 3000 steps in the 30 minutes (so far so good).
I do use the muscle exercises and the balance ones for fun but find the yoga too easy as I have done yoga on and off for years, so tend to do my own thing with it.
I just started the C25K running program and now only use the wii every second day when I don't run
