Don't stop working out!! Your muscles might be retaining some water right now and they need to do that to recover. Whether you work out now or start up later, your muscles are going to go through it. You might as well just work through it now. Ultimately, it will get you to goal quicker and make your body look sexy and toned instead of just thinner and looking good "clothed."
