Each time I followed the same induction and extended it, that is, by eating meat and eggs only, with the occasional cheese as I do now. You might not be please to know I lost all that weight previously following the same basic induction as I am now. Who's to say if I was metabolically resistant or simply following the Dr. Atkins-inspired method to lose weight even I had been? By adopting his method that works even for the metabolically resistant, I was -and still am- covering my bets either way.

I mentioned cheese because I have had
some, along with the other items not under the meat and eggs category, but it's a very insignificant amount. The amount of my induction diet(s) which has been meat and eggs only is somewhere in the high percentile of the 90s. I hate the taste of cheese, but as with the other items, I included it because it's been "there" (albeit in very small quantities by comparison to the amount of meat and eggs). Hardly enough to make a difference.
