They have 5 grams of carbs. To avoid this kind of thing, read everything in the ingredient list and ignore everything on the front of the package. Get a magnifying glass to read the small print. Make sure you know what each ingredient really is. They hide sugar, MSG and other bad stuff under false names. You will see names like "evaporated cane juice" to describe table sugar. I did some research and since these are not made in the USA, they have already had the fiber deducted. The carbs listed are after deducting the fiber and then the fiber is listed separately. |
