Re: Still feeling sore | | Yeah, give yourself some time before your hitting 100%. Take some days off in between or better yet...do it when you feel like you can. It'll eventually get better but the first few weeks are the worst.
Listen to your body, not what you have scheduled to do. I've hurt myself in the past because I tried to "fight" thru it. Wrong move.
