Re: sugar free jello and whip cream.. | | Whipping cream is easy -- use a metal bowl and beaters, and put bowl, beaters and heavy cream in the freezer about half an hour before whipping. It'll whip up in about three minutes.
I use the liquid sucralose (0 carbs!) and flavorings: vanilla, cherry, chocolate (mmm!), mint.
Even eating half a cup of cream a day (pre-whip measure), I've lost twelve pounds in less than a month, with no starving and no exercise.
