Re: 4 week up-date | | You've already done most of what you can do - you've gotten back on the horse! Try to think if there was anything you might have done differently that might have helped you resist temptation...for next time. I have to admit - ice cream & Red Lobster biscuits both sound pretty tempting - a coping strategy would definitely be required if I was going to be exposed to them.
