First, it's good you're not having much of an appetite, that means things are progressing as they should.

I would say for snacks... celery (with cream cheese if you like), radishes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, sliced peppers, sliced tomatoes, cabbage or water chestnuts (both crunchy) ham slices, turkey slices, cheese, and pepperoni (is acceptable too but not recommended because it's considered a "frankenfood"..not the best choice). Just remember, don't go overboard with the amount.
