Re: Out of ketosis but still losing weight?? | | Also, as you move up the rungs you DO eventually move out of ketosis. If you stop losing then you may want to drop back down. Also if you have added in berries and melon they may add enough sugar to boot you out. I have a problem with portion control with berries and if I go over 1/2 cup I definitely see the change in cravings (although I still lose).
