Re: Induction Introduction | | It is not unusual for people to lose in odd patterns where you will go sometimes two or three weeks before dropping several pounds at once. Don't let yourself binge just because the scale is not cooperating for a few days. I true plateau is a month of no change in either pounds or inches. A week is a blink of an eye. If you eat off plan every time the scale doesn't budge, you may not always be as lucky as you were this time. However you may not yet have seen the effects of your cheat.
Don't be surprised if you gain a little in the next few days or the scale doesnt budge for another week now. THAT will more likely be the result of the carbs you ate yesterday.
