Re: posting my fitday menu | | Hi, I'm new to the atkins board I stating my diet over Sunday 4/26/09. Just notice that I was doing the introduction phase wrong. I was at 20 carbs a day but eating Low carb Yogurt, peanuts, & low carb tortila wraps. Just found out that I should not have them in my 2week introduction phase. If there is anyone out there that can help me I need all the advice that I can get.
