No. Add some dressing to that cup of celery. I'm not sure how you cook the shrimp or any of the other foods for that matter... but using fat in cooking will increase your calories/fat intake without you having to eat a lot of food.

Varying your vegetables and cooking some with butter or some other form of fat will help too. You might also consider adding some olives or 1/2 avocado to your menus.
