I know this sounds strange but a few people i've talked to have said that when they stop losing a fews weeks into induction or extended induction that
they stop doing the diet for a day or two and get out of ketosis.
then they start induction all over again and it kicks they're weight loss
back into high gear.
Has anyone ever heard this and if so is it something one can do?
cam v. | The others are right, Cam. If you have 1-2 cheat days every time your weight loss slows down after Induction and you restart Induction over and over, you will never progress through all the phases of Atkins and learn how to maintain your weight loss. The method is not even guaranteed to work, and most people who try it fall off the wagon and we never see them again, or we see them again after months/years when they return after having gained XY lbs. It's not worth it in my opinion. Do Atkins correctly, because this is how this "diet" works best.
