I agree with the notion that you are actually THREE weeks in instead of two...and what a nice loss you had for your first two weeks!

I experienced the PISS....it does pass, but you have to give it time and not give in. Actually...I've learned I am probably going to gain/maintain for 2 weeks every month...since that's been my pattern so far. But the ongoing trend is downward.
What are you doing for exercise while dealing with your hip issues? I have limited mobility from the waist down, so I know it can be challenging to find something that works!

Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again.
