Re: not losing weight please help! | | something i noticed, was that your cheese consumption was just a little over what the allowance is. you should only be getting a limit of 3-4 ozs a per day, and from what i figured up, you had about 5 ozs each day. you might want to try watch that a little bit, but other than that i thought your foods looked pretty good.
i'd also say that you are most definately in your 3rd week of induction. even though you didn't keep track or watch your quantities, you still cut out your carbs and ate good healthy carbs. you did really well with all you lost that first week.
