I'm sure that doing fast food occasionally would be fine. If you'd like to eat a 'burger' more often, you could make it at home...then you'd know exactly what is in it.

If you bought pre-shaped (the meat dept@ my supermarket makes these of lean gr. beef) or frozen (check the ingredients) patties it would be an 'easy' meal, if not 'fast'.

Plus you could experiment with different 'toppings' - vary the cheese, have bacon, mushroom, whatever you like...mmm swiss cheese, mushroom & bacon...I know what's for lunch here today.
