No, you cannot make FitDay track net carbohydrates -- you'll have to do the math yourself, by subtracting the amount of dietary fiber from the total carbohydrates.

The pie chart is okay showing total carbs. The approximate carbohydrate percentage you should aim for during Induction, 5%, is a total carbohydrate percentage. The number is not written in blood though -- it's okay if you have some days with 3% carbs and some with 7%.
