I'm brand new induction, and still reading an Atkin's book from the library. Not the latest one either!

I'm going to purchase the latest version online today. I've had about 5 gm. of carbs from vegetables so far today in my breakfast omelet. How do I figure out net carbs for vegies? Oh, sign me up for this challenge!
