Hey everyone! Just wanted to intro myself. I was on a low cal diet starting mid-November 08 and started Atkins in December. Been off since the new years and started again in mid April.
I started at 197 and just today hit 167... I'm SOOO excited! During Jan-April I've been going up and down from 170 to 180 until I really got serious again. I haven't been at 160 since my junior prom (June 06) so I'm really eager to reach it.
I've been lurking the boards and reading threads for a while now, and I just now got the courage to join. Can't wait to meet you all!
