Hey my name is Alisha and i am from Australia so I only know my weight in kgs..i will look into finding out in pounds for the rest of you. Well here I go... I have battled with my weight since I was 12 years old, tried every single diet, even suffered with bulimia for 5 years, my weight has consumed my life to the point where I could barely live a normal life anymore. After finding Atkins, I only wish I had of found it years ago and saved myself a lot of tears and pain.
I recently had a baby girl, the light of my life. I was 65kg(around 143lbs) pre pregnancy weight, and after having Natalie I ended up 85kg(around 190lbs) I am only 5.2 so I was pretty massive
Been on atkins 4 months now and I am down to 63kg(138lbs maybe?) less then my pre pregnancy weight. My goal is to be around 55kgs..i think thats about 120lbs...i think. I hope to inspire and be inspired. Thanks peoples xox
