You know, I have been stuck at my current weight for 7 days now. I haven't been too worried, because that happened last time as well. I discovered this morning that I've been using my daughter's coffee creamer for the past week. It has sugar and 5 carbs per serving! My creamer bottle looks just the same without sugar and it got pushed to the back of the refrigerator.

have to drink my coffee in the morning, I'm just glad that my mistake has just caused me to be stalled. I also got back to measuring everything (like creamer or cream) again - think I have just been slopping amounts into the cup or onto the salad.
