Re: Day 2 Induction | | I also get hungry late afternoon. I usually have a piece of cheese. Its really important to have protein with your carbs - if you eat carby foods without protein, you digest them really fast - the protein helps slow it down so you don't get all that sugar hitting your system all at once.
A piece of deli meat or leftover chicken/roast also make a nice snack. I plan for a snack during the day - so I save 1 carb for that.
