Re: Stalls - food ok on previous attempts? | | It's best not to compare what happened the last time you did something as compared to this time -- your body is different today than it was 3 months ago or 3 years ago - are you as active as you were before, do you sleep as much (or as little as before), are you on prescription medications? Your hormones change over time so what happened the last time probably won't happen again this time.
When you want to drink or eat something that isn't on the acceptable food list grab some celery sticks, radish slices or something that is legal - have a large glass of water and do something other than think about eating.
