I see! I'm always contemplating a morning workout but haven't done it yet. Last summer when I did my little running spurt, I had to do it in the morning because no way I'm running in the afternoon, in June, in Florida. So, I'd get up and run first thing.
But that's during the summer when I don't have to work. Right now, I have to leave my house no later than 7. I think my treadmill is a little loud to be on at 6 in the morning so I'd have to take it outside. Still kinda dark in the woods at that time.
So, I'm hashing it all out. I think I would like it, it's just finding the motivation to DO IT. I know some people do morning and evening workouts. Why can't I get addicted to exercise like I can get addicted to everything else I've ever tried???
