So, I'm hashing it all out. I think I would like it, it's just finding the motivation to DO IT. I know some people do morning and evening workouts. Why can't I get addicted to exercise like I can get addicted to everything else I've ever tried???  |
I hear you. Joining the 6 Week Exercise Challenge was a great motivator/inspiration for me to keep at it. Mornings can be tough, that's for sure. However, for me, there's nothing better than getting into the shower at 7 after getting the workout in for the day. I need to be in the office by 8 so I have that extra hour that you don't. I wish I could get addicted to exercise too, but I will say that after 6 weeks of it, I actually do kind of look forward to it!
