Megs - I have the same feeling about my hot chicken salad too! I reheated some simple grilled chicken and then put on a scoop of homemade jalapeno mayo, mixed it in, and didn't want to wait until it cooled. It has the consistency of a casserole and is *so* much better than eating it cold. |
I know about the possible sugar, I have so little choice when I travel. But most of the stuff in our company cafeteria is made pretty straightforward.
