Hello! I was on Atkins from the end of Dec 08 thru Feb 09 and I lost 21 pounds. I fell off the wagon due to various factors and I started induction again this past Monday. I'm very busy, but trying to make time to get on here to give/recieve support and get recipe ideas. |
