Re: Roll Call 5/1/09 IT'S FRIDAY!!! | | i usually do my cardio in the morning and my strength in the afternoon. i do it in the morning cause i want to get it out of the way, and i do my other stuff in the afternoon cause after an hour of cardio i dont want to do anything else without flopping on the couch and resting for a couple hours lol
