Talking Wake up sleepy head challenge - may

Hi all, I hope i am not overrunning another challenge like this -- if i am just point me to it so i can join!!

i am a returning board member but haven't been here in so long i forgot which nick i use to post under years ago. However, i would like to try and support a challenge but its my first time so bare with me lol.

One of the things i would really love to do but suck at doing is working out before work during the week. The reason i would love to do this is because at the end of the day, i always have something happen wherein exercise gets pushed off and not done. UGH.

WHAT'S THE CHALLENGE ALREADY YOU ASK?
Therefore, I would like to see if people are willing to pledge how many days a week total a month they are willing to do their daily work out before starting their day. (for me lol this means getting up and to the gym by 530 a.m.)

I guess for whomever wishes to do this with me for the month of May, copy the list and add your name to it and your pledge of how many days a week total for the month (or pm me the information) and I will create a master list and tally things as the month progresses and i am not sure how awards go, but i would be willing to try and create one people can use as well as a sticker thingy to say you are part if the challenge. We can use this thread for reporting and yes moaning and crying lol and successes!!!


LooksDeceiving pledges 2 days per week totaling 8 days in May.

Hope others will find this interesting and join. If you don't join lol i think whomever does will need all the encouragement people can give!
