Yes, I do agree cheese is a great staple on the diet. I like to shred some onto a plate and microwave until it gets crispy (soaking up the oil in between cooking times). It makes a great snack that you can dip into something like salsa.
I also dont buy many veggies, they go bad before I eat them...so induction is really boring on my part..I dont eat fish either...and sometimes I am so hungry by dinner.
Those Atkins shake things are ok for all phases and they are a nice change for breakfast...especially when you cant look at another egg... |
