Re: induction menu... please review | | I have a few suggestions Dairy - you are doing what seems like too much cheese. There are limits to 3-4 oz. Also limits on cream and sour cream. Vegetables - two cups from the salad list - one cup from the other list. Make sure you eat it this way. Hidden sugars - You are eating processed meat (ham, bacon, sausage) and there is often sugars in them. Can be a problem for some Artificial sugars - Dr Pepper is sweetened with aspartame. Dr. Atkins found that this sweetener stalled some of his patients. Also make sure you do not have more than three servings of sweetener a day. I think you are over.
