I agree with Liv. You're allowed 1 ounce of sour cream and 3 ounces of heavy cream during Induction. Once you get to the Dairy rung 2, you will be allowed 5 more grams of Dairy other than what you're allowed during Induction. If you have DANDR 2002, make sure to read through the Induction Chapter(Chapter 11, page 121) and especially the rules of Induction(pge 122).
