Okay, i didn't ask for permission as nothing i read indicated i should. What i did find and read was
this -- (Challenge Leaders and Challengers)That says regarding contacting a mod if you don't think as a challenge leader you will finish let a moderator know but doesn't speak about having to obtain permission before posting a challenge. Unless i completely missed the part you speak about, maybe its posted someplace else? Can you link me to the other rules that indicate what you are talking about? i would rather not start something then have it get pulled disappointing others who have already joined because i missed rules? Thanks!
