Re: 4 week up-date | | Like Julie said, you've done the hardest to get back on the wagon. You've done great with losing the 17lbs and holding yourself accountable by posting your cheats. I also liked Imagood1 advice, taking something you can have and turning it into something that you want or close to it!
Again i say congrads on the 17 and stay focus on the good and not the bad!
