Default Sun Burn, Help!

OK it is official. I am stupid

I am on medication that tells me not to be in direct sunlight and I forgot about sun screen today. My face is red enough (I had sunglasses and a hat) so it isn't as bad.... My arms (farmer burn going on) is what is killing me. I am sitting here with an ice pack on my arm wondering how I am going to sleep.

I did stop an get 50 spf sun screen on the way home from my adventure. I will keep it in my van for next time along with a long sleeve light shirt.

But in the meantime does any one have any good suggestions?
