Quite the contrary -- it will give you more power to stay on track and to work towards a better health, both in a physical and in a spiritual sense.
I'm really not the most knowledgeable person on this topic, but from what I know that cracker is really tiny and so is the amount of wine you are given. Most people will not experience any cravings from them. But if you are worried about it, you can "fix" things by having some fat/protein snack afterwards.
Don't forget to count the carbs though.
