So even though you are kickin your own backside, take the lesson learned from it and make that the plus to come out of an otherwise bad choice that evening.
I have botched up a number of times but now I know that I can't eat certain things without dire consequences (funnily enough, I love bread and don't seem to have a huge problem with it but peanuts or rice are diet breakers for me--send me flying to the fridge for everything in sight) so although I wish I hadn't cheated I now know what foods to watch out for. Look for the silver lining.
Am glad you are back on track. I look forward to seeing your progress. I think you will leave us all in the dust!
