I couldn't find it, either, but it used to be a rule. I am probably remembering it from when I was a moderator. Jimmy Jo won't shut us down as long as there are not several challenges doing the same thing or we don't keep up with the challenge (abandon the challenge). If this challenge was a problem, you would have already heard from her.
