The advice I always give newbies is to check with this board as often as possible .... it really keeps you motivated. So does keeping a food diary. There are free online ones; I like FitDay, myself ... you can log in your food, exercise, etc .... VERY helpful. Drinks lots of water. Exercise! And be kind to yourself. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. Set mini-goals for yourself and celebrate it when you reach them. And, best of luck to you! |
