If the shake contains only "legal" ingredients (no whey or soy protein, for example) and is sweetened with one of the "legal" sweeteners, then it is okay to have it on Induction. Otherwise it would not be allowed according to the Rules of Induction.
If the shakes are "legal", you will have to consume more fat with them to keep your fat intake close to 65%. From the nutritional info you gave, I see they are very high in protein and have almost no fat.
