The only reason you are supposed to eat fat is because your body needs an energy source and it will go for your muscle if you dont eat carbs or fats, protein is a poor energy source | Yep, that's exactly why I was wondering about the fat part.
The Rules of Induction I was talking about are part of the Atkins Diet, which is what we follow at ADBB. We go by the 2002 edition of "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution". Anyway. What I wanted to say is that according to these rules, net carbs should be limited to max. 20 g during Induction. So if you're eating 15 or less is also okay as long as most of them come from 3 cups of vegetables.
