Nuts are also not allowed on Induction.

The veggies and water (MINIMUM 64 ounces) are necessary if you you want to get the loss going again. You need both.

When the are allowed, peanuts, though low in carbs, are limited to one ounce portions--that is not much. 22 almonds is an ounce. I am guessing 1/3 cup peanuts is roughly an ounce.

Also, you are far better off dividing your food into three meals and two snacks and starting with breakfast means you will help stoke your body's metabolism. If you run it on empty in the morning then you tend to slow the metabolism down.

If you don't have the 2002 DANDR read the Stickies in the Induction section for further clarification. There is a lot of good information there.
