Breakfast= 2 egg w/2 sausage patties
25 oz water 2 cups coffee w/splenda
Lunch= salad romain lettuce / spinach (raw)
ranch dressing / crucumber
25 oz water
between lunch & dinner I will have 25 oz water
Dinner= green beans / chicken brest (grilled)
or salad w/ chicken
25 oz water
Is this enough food, sometimes I'm drinking alot of water I don't have appetite. Need some advice.
