Ahhhhhhhhhh! Horrible!!! Neeeeed help please!!!!!!!!!! | | Hi! I am in induction (again- stupid strawberries) and I was wondering- What should my food percentages be (ie: protien, fats, carbs...etc...). How do I know when I'm in ketosis? What is Ketosis (In words a 15 yr old can understand, please)?
How aweful is my menu?
Breakfast-None
Lunch-None
Snack (4pm)- Celery sticks and spinach
Dinner (7pm)- 1 medium steak and 3 dinner sausages (cooked in tomato sauce in a crocpot)
Dessert- 1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream (6net carbs)
I know- it looks bad, can somebody PLEASE help me.......
