Hi Cherish 1st I must say at 5 ft 6ins and 150ish lbs u must look good already but I guess u must wanna ose more?Saw yr pretty pic.Iam also in my 20's im28 older but and Im near 5ft 8ins jus little taller than u.Well good luck 2 u and your mum on this diet its good wen someone else does the diet wid u because u can support eachother and can cook same food 4 u both.Stick wid the diet and u will get use 2 it I have lost around 83lb since mid last year after having my baby boy as u know pregnancy piles on the pounds.My favourite on the diet is capachino mug wid sweetener and double creamthat mug is fullfilling and tasty its 4 wen im hungary jus say my snack!
