Re: End of rung 1 and I am down 1.5-2 lbs m | | I think rung one is quicker because you are already eating everything on the Rung. But I'm like you on the upper rungs, Laurie. Seems like it takes awhile to sort out which foods are fine and which ones trigger you. I have also found the higher up I go the trickier it gets, but maybe thats because I have rushed the upper rungs a bit in the past. (Although I have never made it past 6 before without straying from the woe)
