I can understand the frustration of dieting for two weeks and not seeing the results on the scale.
I noticed that you wrote that you were on 2 weeks of induction. In The Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002) pg123,#5 (While on Induction) "Eat nothing not on the acceptable food list! And that means absolutely nothing!"
The full Induction list is on pgs 122-130.
With the above in mind, I checked your menu.
Get rid of the:
-coffee
-PB (peanut butter?)
-Orbits
-soy cereal
-flax bread
Watch the spinach, broccoli and cauliflower. You can have 1 cup total of those vegetables daily.
I bet if you stick to Dr Atkins food list exactly, you will lose that weight again.
