Your percentages look pretty good. During Induction you should be aiming for something like 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs.

It's not only the caffeine... I could be wrong, but isn't Pepsi Max sweetened with aspartame? Dr. Atkins wrote that we should "avoid aspartame whenever possible".
