Feed Your Kids Well, by Dr. Fred Pescatore. Dr. Pescatore was the associate director of the Atkins Center and that diet was the one used at the Atkins Center for children and teenagers, like you.
Atkins is an adult-based diet. Adults have less nutritional needs than children and, especially teenagers. We are only now learning the effects of poor nutrition during adolescence has later on in adulthood. So it's really foolish (and perhaps dangerous) for children and teenagers to follow a diet that is specifically written for adults.
