Re: ketosis please help me | | Pete, make sure that you weigh at the same time of day - I weighed 4.5lbs more before I went to bed last night than I did this morning. Most people recommend only weighing once a week. Also, you should be measuring.
Drinking more water actually prevents you from retaining water (yeah, I know its kinda backwards).
